The definition of sessionable! This 3.5% Pale Ale offers a surprisingly full body which allows the hops to remain balanced. Think biscuit, citrus and refreshing. Our APA is not too hoppy and is the perfect gateway, thirst-quenching beer.

Keg @ Chez Sophie. Pours a lightly misty gold, small white head. Biscuity malt aroma. Taste continues with a biscuity character, not much in the way of hops or anything else search as I might. Quaffer but that’s it.

330ml bottle. Clear golden-amber colour with a small white head, poor retention. Aroma: fairly mild, citrus fruit, floral, yeast. Taste: light sweet, citrus fruits, yeasty, floral, biscuit... all very subdued. Light-medium body, mild bitter finish, well carbonated.

Keg tap at Stoneworks, Peterborough. Dark gold and oh so slightly hazy. Bit of carbonation-infused head. Standard APA smell but taken down a couple of notches: mango, grapefruit, pineapple with a touch of biscuit malt. Bittersweet taste with suggestion of sour in the muted hoppy finish. Well-carbonated. A bit too muted for me to love it but it’s got nice flavours.

Swietne APA, przy tak niskim alkoholu taka potega w smaku. Super zapach i smak goryczki, kwiaty wrzosu jakbym wyczuwal i tego typu podobne estry. Piana wielka i trwala do konca degustacji, spora metnosc barwa pomaranczowa dosc ciemna. Wspaniale lekkie piwo malo slodowe a poterznie chmielowe, czuc leciutka czasem wodnistosc, ale to nie przeszkadza. Do tego fajna artystyczna etykieta

330ml bottle from Beermerchants. BBE 05 NOV 2016. Pours copper orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of caramely malts, stingy grassy notes, hints of hay and citrus. Taste is crisp, citrusy and grassy with some hay and caramely maltiness. Finish is caramely, sweetish and slightly fruity with some citrus, grass and hay, hints of grainy and stuffy notes.

Half pint at Drygate pours a murky orange with some lacing white head. Nose has orange peel, some pine, heavy soap. Flavor follows, very soapy, some mild grist, lemon, pithy. Finishes bitter but dry.

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden amber with a decent amount of lace. Nose - oranges, actually getting into apricots or even mango. Taste - oranges and apricots. Pale malt backdrop. Palate - light bodied with a light tangy texture and a fairly balanced finish. Overall - a bit thin but the alcohol is low so understandable. Not bad.
