330ml bottle: BBD 7th May 18 (from Beers of Europe). Poured into an old 'Veltins' badged 0.2 litre tulip glass twice. Pale golden body, clean, clear and bright: fast fading white head on both pours. Grassy, herbal aroma with a slight maltiness. The taste is hop first, dry and refreshing, the malts them come out to play before the hops take over again in the finish. Just had a two hour walk with the dog, so needed something like this to quench my thirst, and it did.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon, grass, creamy malt. Taste is a little thin, grassy hops. Clean finish.

Bottle (thanks marduk). Pours yellow with whiteish head. Aroma is sweet, grains, cardboard. Flavor is sweet and bitter, cardboard, grains, malt. Overall: bad.

330 ml bottle, served in flute. Bright golden, decent head. Lemon, grass, floral notes. Hoppy bitterness, metallic taste in the end. Crisp and refreshing. Soft carbonated, thin body. Not bad.

Pours pale gold from the bottle. The white crown collapses quickly. Aroma is pils malt, and just a touch sweet. Taste is quite dry, with a mild understated bitterness. The body is quite light, but not watery; the beer has an airy refreshing feel to it. A decent if unremarkable pilsner, but then again the Bavarians are not known for the style.

From Beers of Europe. Dobry pilsner ze srednia pianka ale trwala, zlocista barwa, babelkowo w pokalu. W smaku goryczkowe, malo slodowe ale textura biszkoptow byla, chmiel w smaku wyczuwalny konkretnie, finisz wytrawny i ozezwiajacy. Dobry pilsner z Bavarii.
