"Reutberger Kloster-Märzen", Flasche von Grabsch, 5.3.2026. - Kupferrotgold, klar. - In der Nase schweres, schon leise bockähnliches Wiener Malz mit deutlicher Karamel- und Honigsüße, abgerundet mit dezenter blumig-orangenfruchtiger Hopfung. - Antrunk satt und rund wienermalzig mit zurückhaltender Karamelsüße, einem Hauch Waldhonig und dezenter doch solider blumiger Hopfung mit blasser Bitterorange. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang fein malzbitter und recht frisch hopfenwürzig herb. - Sauberes, kerniges Märzen mit nicht zu knapper Hopfung.

0.5 l bottle from 'Homberg's große Bierwelt', best before July 2026. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, moderately floral aroma of grains, honey, straw and traces of lemon peel. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, lemon peel and honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little dry finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice Märzen, pleasantly hoppy, really well-balanced.

Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours clear amber with a thick, fluffy off -white head. The aroma is brown bread, rivita, nuttiness, leafy hops, touch of fruit cake, gingerbread and toffee. The taste is dry initially, bitter snap, bitter - sweet, herbal, grassy, leafy, nuttiness, brown bready malt, rivita, malt loaf, gingerbread, light spice and a touch of toffee with a drying, spiced finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Quite nice. Robust, yet very drinkable.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts fine malty, spicy, bit wheaty notes. Light sweetish. Well balanced finish. Quite drinkable. Not bad!
