Big semi lasting white head. Opaque light amber color.
Xhocolare and medium dark caramell malt aroma.
Malty caramell taste.
Medium body and balanced dry finish.

Crisp, smooth and slightly sweetish with some grass, grainy malts, hints of honey, hay, earthiness and lingering bitterness. Pretty crushable and balanced

Tap at Lager Lager as Winterbock (sigh). Pleasant caramelly, vaguely herbal aroma, spot on style-wise. Lovely smooth taste, the maltiness, just slightly caramelly, holding up a delectable herbal, mildly floral hoppiness without much bitterness. Ooh boy, this is *class*!

(Draught at Hopfenreich, Berlin, 21 Apr 2023) Deep golden colour with lasting, off-white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with bread, dried fruit and grass. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, dried fruit, apricots, pineapple, candy sugar and a mild herbal bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Really tasty and well balanced bock. Very nice.

Bottle at home, 18th May 23. Pours a light blond yellow, aroma is bread and dough, citrus, malts, taste is light bitter, yeast, malty, nice for the style

Hazy amber colour, white foam. Notes of ripe fruit (pear), sweet malty with bitter hoppy grassy finish. Very well balanced. Good!

500 ml bottle. Unclear orange golden with a huge fluffy head. Marzipan, lemon zest, brioche, grapefruit, sourdough, pastry, ripe stone fruit, cactus figs. Fruity boozy sweetness, dry bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry hoppy sweet finish. Very nice complex yet drinkable Bock, very balanced!

Dorée/pâle, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme sur un malté plaisant cara-pâle avec de suite un léger apport houblonné noble fleuri modéré repris par une belle pointe épicée de cette bière hivernale.
Palais est malté a ec un caractère un peu caramel, petite douceur avec un rappel un peu de dark sugar - finement collant aux lèvres avec un effet organique mielleux. Cela s'accompagne par des notes épicées - entre girofle, cannelle - amertume présente sur la fin.
