Sinve 2015 brewed with Cascade, Citra, Simcoe, Huell Melon, Mosaic and Spalter Select hops.

bottle from meibier.de. Deep golden colour, tall off-white head, lovely hop aroma. Full-bodied, malty base with just the right malty sweetness, lots fo fruity and resiny-piney hops. Well balanced and quite intensively hoppy.

Bottle from Geers. Hazy amber, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of pear, red apple, raisin, toffee, marmalade, peanut, melon, ripe plum. Taste has sweeet raisin, plum & pear against a soft but still pronounced toffee & marmalade malt backbone, bit spicy-phenolic, accent of bitter citrus peel too. Ends peppery hoppy, spicy, dried fruits & toffee maltiness. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Bit too malty, almost Amber Ale-ish so can be confusing; all in all I wanted a more rounded profile.

Bottle, danke Gregor. Cloudy amber brown, golden foam. Old cheesecake hops and aging yeast minerals, medium to full sweet sticky honeyish body. Molasses and herbal citrus finish. Should be a young enough bottle, curious.

Bottle from Geers. Deep dark amber hazy colour, white foam. Lost of resin, pine, sweet malts, grapefruit. Taste is rather sweet, lots of grapefruit, some dark fruit. Not a typical IPA but not bad!
