Bottle in a friend's garden on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Great barbecued food, fantastic company and just plain old enjoyable. I was expecting more hops out of this one, but I definitely can't say it isn't very drinkable. A perfectly pleasant pint, but nothing amazing.

Bottle from Waitrose. Pours clear golden with a large thick foamy white head. Lots of lacing around the glass. Aroma is very citrusy with notes of grapefruit and lychee. Taste has more of the fruity notes detected with added notes of floral and biscuits. Quite malty for the style but with earthy hops lingering on the finish. Medium to full body with low carbonation and slick smooth mouthfeel. Decent.

Light lime, some straw. If this is an IPA then it's pretty bad. Perhaps they are suffering from a marketing problem here. Golden pour with ok head. Light bitter end. Bottle. I didn't see this was gluten free or I wouldn't have touched it.

Bottle on Arran. Pale gold, thin, fizzy head. Lemony hop nose, light honey malts. Sweet honey malt and citrus. Reasonably tasty. Smooth, oily body. Not sure what's gluten free, but it's ok.

500ml bottle from Lidl. Gold with white head and good retention. Grapefruit, pine and malt aroma. Hoppy grapefruit, citrus and malt taste. Sometimes a bit of orange comes through. Body and carbonation are ok. Very mild on the bitterness so the finish is like a sweet lager. It becomes a bit bland after a while. Unremarkable but decent enough IPA.
