Der Name sagt schon viel. Hier wird es kräftig bitter, super vollmundig und sehr stark. Im Antrunk malzig und vollmundig. Dann wird es sehr herb und im Abgang bleibt ein intensiver harziger Hopfenton gepaart mit Alkohol und einer frischen Hopfennote.

Small pour;very old school aroma with loads of grapefruit peel, citrus, some caramel notes, moderate sweetness;taste follows,a bit too soapy

Bottle. Color: Hazy dark orange, off-white head. Aroma: Hop, floral, fruity, some malt. Taste: Grassy, floral and pine hop, slightly resinous, with malty background. Medium to over medium bitter. Fruity notes of lemonpeel and grapefruit. Light sweetness. Enjoyable.

Schönes dunkles Gold im Glas. Schaum passt. In der Nase außerordentlich blumig, Malz. Im Trunk ebenso, fruchtig, mittig alkoholisch, Malz, Honig. Erinnert mich eher an einen Bock als an ein IIPA.

Bottle picked up from Schindlbeck Getränke in Pfaffenhofen an der llm and consumed at home Attenkirchen, Bavaria, Thursday 18th April 2019. Listening to Funkadelic and we have Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni for tea tonight. Dark copper in colour with a white head. You also notice a very slight viscous look to this beer. Loz gets an earthy truffle aroma (I don't), I agree the aroma is unusual I get a touch of bile but agree with Loz to an extent in that there is also a slight earthy edge but not as far as truffle. Thick in the mouth, quite bitter, streaky citrus, sweet but then quite dry. Good but unusual.

Thuis uit een flesje. Bij het inschenken ruik ik rum. Mooie oranje kluer, goed schuim. Caramel in de smaak, aardig, maar gezien de zwaarte niet heel bijzonder.

Bottle. Decent head on copper amber beer, big hop aroma & flavor. A lot of caramel sweetness on top but very bitter at the end. A bit too bitter finish for my taste.

bottle from Tagblatt TUT. Golden yellow, tall white head. Fruity nose. Full-bodied, good malty flavours, loads of fruity, hoppy flavours. Smooth and velvety carbonation. Very nice.

Off white bubbly head stayed on a clear, still amber body. Spice, citrus, grapefruit & resin aroma. Medium to full bodied, thick & cloying on the palate with a soft back. Over stewed fruit, resin, pith, grapefruit & spice tastes.
