Bottle from Drink? Hebden Bridge. Blonde with a thick bubbly head caused by a very active body. Has a hoppy citrus fruity nose and taste, with the rhubarb light in aroma but more stated in its taste, and at best when it lingers in its aftertaste.

Bottle share round at Richy’s. Hazy yellow, with a bubbly, white head. Aroma is tart, zesty lemon. Taste is crisp, dry, and light bitter. Overly tart, and I suspect not how the brewer intended. (I think this was near it’s BBD).

27th June 2015: 500ml bottle between five of us during the 2nd Annual Midlands tasting. Poured slightly misty by the time it was my pour: pale straw blonde with a white head. The nose leaned towards a citrus like aroma, the taste was tart, dry and metallic in nature: didn’t enjoy this as much as the other Five Towns offering on the day (Summat Else).

Bottle during 2nd Annual Midlands tasting group; clear straw yellow pour with a frothy white head, aroma has citrus, taste is quite tart, some phenols quite weird.

Clear gold beer, good white head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. Interesting combo of flavours here. A nice sweet floralness contrasts well with pithy bitter grapefruit. Semi sweet Rhubarb kicks in with a trace of Ginger Beer! Finishes light and semi dry. Bitterish linger. Unusual and pretyy drinkable. Nicely done.
