Double dry-hopped with homegrown Yakima hops, Bottomcutter IIPA may be light in color, but it’s packed with citrus and pine hop character. This imperial IPA is brewed to finish dry, perfect for the combination of Citra®, Simcoe®, and Equinox™ hops. As the bottomcutter is a tractor that leads the topcutter through the fields during harvest, this beer will lead to a new appreciation for our valley’s hops.

It’s a clear gold with a giant head of foam. Dank grassy resinous pine hop bouquet. Light bodied, zesty carbonation with a dry finish. Clean fresh hoppy flavor, citrus, prickly pear, dank pine.

On tap. Pours a slightly hazy amber with light head. Aromas of mashed pineapple, rubbery resin, peaches and sweet malts. Flavors of grapefruit, dry pineapple, toasted malts and bitter pine. Bitter finish. Quite nice.

Draft 8 oz pour at Sixgill. Stop #5. Pours a clear copper color wit a rocky foam head. Earthy hop aroma. Flavor is very smooth, with earthy hops, hints of fruit, and a sweet finish. Slight bitterness linger. I actually looked for this beer for a while. Enjoyable to say the least. I stad.byy previous statement. Bale Breaker is Washington state’s hidden gem. Nothing but good beers from these guys. No exception here. Solid IIPA.

On tap at Growler Guys. Aroma is extremely dank, onion, skunk green bud. Pours slightly hazy golden with a collapsing white head that laces some. Taste is medium bitter with flavors of the aroma deScriptors. Good stuff. Looking forward to the cans.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous and piney hops, biscuity malt and some residual cereal-like sweetness. Flavour is hoppy upfront, with pine and resin, followed by an unfortunately high amount of residual sweetness - might be a slight diacetyl infection, or it's just the sweetness. Not one of the better IIPAs out there, but it's okay.

Draft - Mandarin and citrus notes. Clear gold with a rich white head. Sweet, weedy and a syrupy long light bitter finish. Nice.
