Diese Neuinterpretation des um 1900 in britischen Pubs beliebten Ales hat eine fruchtig-würzige Hopfenaromatik mit weichen Malznoten und ausgewogener Bittere. Bei diesem erfrischenden „Mosaik“ aus Hopfen und Malz ist das Hopfenaroma intensiver und die Malznoten stärker ausgeprägt. Aromen von Orangenschale, rotem Pfeffer und Haselnuss runden das Ganze ab.

14-03-18 // bottle from Braufactum-Onlineshop. Amber brown, beige head. Sweet nalty, herbal hop nose. Taste is slightly roasted malts, some nuts, good hop profile. Mild Mosaic and some heerbal bitterness. Actually really nice.

355ml bottle at Lindenbräu am Potsdamer Platz. A clear brownish body under a patchy, fawn-coloured head, dotted spots on the glass. Roasted caramel malty nose with hints of almond. Blended taste of caramel, nuts and dried fruits. Dry malt-fruity ending. Quite pleased with this one. (Berlin 11.01.2018).

Shared 33cl bottle, thanks to hauxe. Clear amber with a light beige head. Aroma of bread, caramel, citrus, floral notes. Taste is brown bread, malt, caramel, grains, a bit of citrus, herbs.

On tap at Kumpel Erich, Dortmund. Comes with a clear, dark amber color and a very nice Pale brown head. the nose is sweet and malty, caramel, yeast and some grains. Taste roasted malts, caramel, dark honey,. nice carbonation.

[9/21/16] Bottle in a public park in Frankfurt. Clear amber with an off-white head. Nice fruity hops aroma with some malt. Flavor has sweetish malt, with caramel, a bit of nuts, and nice bitterish fruity hops. Medium-bodied. Nice.

(Draught at Das Meisterstück, Berlin, 25 Aug 2016) Reddish amber colour with lasting, beige head. Malty, hoppy nose with caramel, treacle-toffee, orange peel, fudge and a touch of resin. Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, treacle-toffee, orange peel, a touch of resin and a balanced citric, resiny bitterness. Tasty and well balanced, but I can’t escape the feeling of macro trying to be craft. Still, quite nice.
