This wheat ale contain 50% raw wheat and 50% barley malt. The raw wheat is locally poduced at the foot of the Jura montains where the brewery stands. The citrusy edge in this beer commes from seville orange peel, and coriander lends a refereshing note to this thirst-quencher. Bottle-conditioned with a belgian blanche yeast, which remains in suspension, hence the slight haze.

Bouteille (Merci Allen!): Pale golden, lots of floaties visible, smaller - quickly vanishing white head; fruity orangey nose with a zesty and sourish background; moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied; increasing acidity in the slightly lingering sourish-fruity and zesty finish. Really fresh, not bad.....

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with some white haze and a medium foamy head with OK retention and not much lacing. Aroma of medium wheat malt with some light spices. Taste is not the most spectacular with some notes of coriander and orange peel with medium wheat malt. Body is fuller then average with good carbonation. Not bad overall but nothing to write home about either.
