Can from M&S, Waterloo. Clear gold. Going to pretend that it has a frothy translucent white head based on can residue. Aroma has chewy malts with a citrus and spice edge. Flavourwise it has a citrus streak with loght underlying sweetness and equally light malts with a spicy edge. Light. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. OK.

330 ml can, brewed for Marks & Spencer by Harbour Brewing Company. ABV is 4.5%. Purchased at M & S Food, Brighton. Clear pale golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of helles malts and fresh and grassy hops, hints of fresh white bread. Citric and fairly smooth mouthfeel. Flavour with the same elements. Fairly "neutral", but not bad.

330ml can from M&S in London, England. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head and poor retention. Very little lacing. Slightly souring malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Slightly souring pale malt flavor and barely any bread notes. Starting to go bad, or just a bad flavor? Light body. Lower than expected carbonation. Not bitter. Not so good.

330ml can. Clear gold, small white head, modest retention. Aroma of cereals, grain, lemon rind. Taste is very sweet for a lager, bready, cereals, lemon and light spicy hop notes. Light to medium bodied, fairly smooth, frothy carbonation. It doesn't really come together. A bit average.

330ml can from the Telford branch of M&S: BBE August 2024, drank at my dad's on 10th February 2024. Light golden body, wispy white crust. Not a lot going on aroma wise, or flavour wise to be honest, basic Helles, clean, clear and bland.
