0.5 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before October 2025. Very hazy, orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity aroma of banana, clove, pear and some honey. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of banana, clove, honey and some pear, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice but not overwhelming Weizenbock.

500ml bottle. Hazy, brass colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally bready, wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy aroma, hints of banana, banana bread, a touch of overripe pear, clove, honey; minimally leafy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, slightly yeasty spicy, notes of banana, pear, apple puree, some clove, a touch of honey, baked apple. Creamy-watery texture, rather indifferent, minimally cloying palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Not overly bock-ish, rather a sweet Hefeweizen - acceptable.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a haze and a foamy head. Banana and some hints of syrup and spice in the aroma. The taste features strong notes of banana, phenols and spice.

Bottled frooooom, I guess Altinger in Garching, but maybe Orterer, eh. Shared with Jonas who wanted it drunk, sorry Stefan! Hazy golden body, off-white head. Malty, vanilla aroma, wheaty, some light cloves, bananas, fun! Lean taste, dry, full malts, vanilla, big banana, big yeastiness, light but noticeable herbal bitterness. Very much a tasty weizenbock!

Heller Weizenbock mit 16,5 % Stammwürze und 7,0 % Alkohol. Orange, sehr trübe dichte Farbe beim Einschenken - und da ist die reichlich am Flaschenboden klebende Hefe noch gar nicht ausgeschüttelt und eingegossen. Gute Schaumentwicklung - feinporig, cremig und stabil. Frische, gekochte und vergorene Früchte - hier insbesondere Aprikose, Apfel und Zitronenschale. Die Hefe spielt geschmacklich mit rein, auch der Alkohol - aber vergleichsweise dezent. Ein winziger Hauch Sekt. Nicht zu süß. Herbe, leicht florale Noten (mit Nuancen von Kräutern und Gewürzen) bilden einen gleichberechtigten Counterpart. Schön weich und voll. Richtig gut gemachter heller Weizenbock - und das sogar in Bio-Qualität.

Bottle. Cloudy dark golden, white foam. Fresh banana and clove aroma. Medium full dry body, light edgy minerally sparkly, chewy yeast spices, allspice, light berry, Fairly strong grassy and herbal hop counterpoint. Easy drink.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some wheat, mild spices and some mild nutty elements. Flavour is wheat, some toffee, mild herbal and some toffeeish tones.

500ml swing-top bottle bought at K-Market Kilpishalli. A wheat haze to an orage coloured body, stable white head, spotty lacing. Aromas of mid-sweet fruity wheat. Rather sweet taste of apricot, ripe banana and wheat, lightly spiced. Prolonged ending with hints of alcohol. A bit heavy to drink in the long run. Fair enough. (Hotel room, Alta 21.05.2022).

Delt med A-L på Bergstua. Varm gylden. Uklar. Lavt tett skum som daler raskt. Aroma av overmoden banan. Smaken banan & krydder. Vel søt. Så vidt litt bitter. På grensen til tungdrikkelig.
