Cloudy golden colour, with small yeast particles, large irregular frothy white head, mostly lasting, good lacing. Fruity aroma, lime, orange, grass, yeast. Mild taste, medium sweet and light to medium bitter, light citrus, bit toffee, medium body, creamy texture, smooth mouthfeel, soft carbonation, aftertaste mix of dry bitter and fruity citrusy, herbal notes. Surprising blond, quite pleasant and drinkable.

Little cloudy dark blond to orange beer, creamy irregular off-white head, very stable, adhesive. Aroma: fruity, citric, some banana, strawberry jam, bit sugary. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft bitterness, bit lemony, sweet and malty, some caramel, bit sourish, fruity. Aftertaste: very fruity, bit sweet, lemony, nice hoppiness, good bitter ending. Good hoppy stuff! This Wallonian is not disappointing at all!

Very carbonated beer with UFO’s and completely fine-bubbled to towering, frothy off-white head, amazingly stable. Malty, pale malts balanced by dry-spicy hops. Gardenherbs and quite grassy - nice. Powerful ànd delicate. Sharpish, bitterish and very spicy flavour; grains, dusty hops and herbs. Grassy again, but more dominated by the other flavours than in the nose. Farmyard - saison-like. After some time, something smokey creeps in. Very spritzy, lightish, but quite grist-slick body. Excellent, in fact!

Hazy deep blond color; solid head, generous; very nice lace. Timid aroma of old hops, light apple skins too. Dry and spicy malt flavor; the mouthfeel is quite well structured, creamy too; the spicy character increases at the end. Good bitterness. Solid beer.
