Description
The creation of two passionate amateurs, the Brasserie de la Semois project was born in 2007. Bruno Collard from Florenville and Philippe Husson from Sainte-Marie sur Semois. Curious to explore the hoppy universe, like many amateurs, they prepare a few recipes in their pots. After a few tries, very quickly they want to brew in larger quantities. Eddy Pourtois from the Brasserie Sainte-Hélène accommodates them in its facilities. They can thus design and brew their beers themselves, live their dream, from grain to bottle. Over the years, they passionately discover the different techniques, the different styles.
