From tap. Pours murky orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and slight citrusy. Bitter, fruity, peachy and slight citrusy. Smooth fruity far finish.

This beer is a clear bright orange color with a medium bone white head that dissipates gradually to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of melon, resiny hops and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Lightly hazy, muted gold body is topped by a moderately well-retained white head.
Candied pineapple, lime and mango in the nose give a strong juicy component, but there’s a spicy, pine-like character as well that throws off a fair amount of resin. Bare biscuit and cracker malts behind it add only a touch of sweetness but do give enough of a palette upon which the hops can work. As it warms and breathes, there is more grain, light honey and some interesting guava and grape notes emerge, with drier pineapple, but a strong white grapefruit component still rears its ugly head. A bit of sharpness from the alcohol but nothing too crazy.
Bitter up front, though not of the sour/hugely resinous variety; not too much anyways. Grapefruit, white grape, lime, lemon and light honey and biscuit to balance with a dextrinous texture and mostly tight carbonation. Good attenuation and there’s some fun here between the amarillo and simcoe fruitiness and light juiciness, but there’s also a fair amount of heavy, heavy citrus and bitterness from the columbus, centennial and simcoe. Why bother boiling simcoe anymore....? That hops way more fun in the whirl and dry phases. I guess they’re going for a more West Coast approach here, which is fine and I do like that it’s "only" 8.2 abv, which seems pretty low for a DIPA these days, but they still need to take it easier on all this resin. Alcohol still shows a bit, as well.

Growler thanks to Seth. Pours a clear gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong pine and citrus. Medium mouth with strong grapefruit and pine, dry, very good.

Murky orange-blond color with compact head. The aroma is a bit fruity and animal. Moderate sweetness, correct body strength; nice support from the pale malts; huge hopping, giving a strong resiny and animal character, a bit fruity too.
Nicely brutal, a bit rough though.

pours slightly unclear yellow . Small white head .Smell is mango-style fruity hops . Taste is bitter , very fruit-forward ( mango , oranges , aspects of pine ) with a well balanced bitterness to it . Ending is slightly dry bitter , some grassy notes, with a mild fruity undertone . Overall very balanced , and just another very nice US IIPA .

Tap at Dinosaur BBQ in Newark was hoping they would have some Kane on tap. Pours clear orange with fine one finger head. Nose is sticky citrus and other summer fruits. Tastes of oranges, grapefruit, mango, some spicy pepper, hot alcohol, and candy. Fine balance semi thick palate. Pretty damn solid.

32oz growler from the brewery pours a clear orange with some creamy, white head. Nose is solid, quite old school, big sticky pine, orange peel, some soap, some honey comb, mild herb, grapefruit. Flavor is a good mix of malty/honey sweetness and juicy citrus, pithy too, orange and grapefruit mostly, some pine but less than the nose, a little dried grass. Full bodied, bitter finish.
