Malty, fruity taste with caramel, orange marmalade, dried apricots and a generous citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Solid, well made and tasty. Very nice.

Craft Clerkenwell. Almost clear amber beer, little white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, mild fine carbonation. Lovely sweet hops - grapefruit, tangerine, peach, mango and others. Trace of apple. Finishes dry with some marmalade bitterness. Nice beer, keeps you coming back for more.

Cask at The White Horse Old Ale fest 2012, Parsons Green, London. A dark brown/amber coloured pour with a small off white head on top. Hoppy, malty aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, fruity, pine. Very American and incredibly drinkable, I consumed rather too much of this!

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol 20/11/2012. Deep amber with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of earthy malts, molasses, citrus hops and some hedgerow fruits. Flavour had a solid malt base, brown sugar, more tropical fruits and a hoppy, dry finish. Good.

Cask at CBC - Clerkenwell, London. Pours clear, golden-brown with a tight, off-white cream head. Toasty grass and piney hops in the nose, with other notes of toasty malts and hints of caramel. Medium sweet flavor with nice and toasty sugars, bread, faint hints of dusty cocoa, juicy orange and grapefruit, leaves and pine. Medium in body with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish with mild dirty grass and pine, more toasty bread, light sticky sugars. Big melon and orange in the follow-through. Great beer.
