A little cloudy blond beer, small creamy off-white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: funky, a bit yeasty, citrus notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity up front, fruity, grapefruit, lots of citrus, juicy, spicy touch. Aftertaste: good bitterness, acidic, spicy, a bit earthy, herbal touch.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy orange with large white head. Fruity, some funk, white wine, vinous, moderate sourness, some wood, bit acetic. Not bad, but a tad messy.

Bottle at home in Hackney / picked up from HOTM. Cheers to Scopey for the tip. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold, lightly effervescent, with a tight, creamy white head. Light-medium sweet with notes of peach, lemon, salty sweat, oak, white wine, mellow acidity, pale wood. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Fairly clean finish, salty, more citric notes, mellow acetic notes, white vinegar, pale wood, background funk. Very nice stuff.

330ml bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours pretty clear golden - yellow with a fluffy white cap. The aroma is lovely fresh oak character, mellow funk, hay, floral accents, elderflower, gooseberry, white grape, melon, vinous, touch of vanilla Nd a hint of mint. The taste is firmly dry initially, nip of acidity, vinous, spritzy white wine, gooseberry, white grape, then it gets oaky, tannin, faint vanilla, must, funk, haylage, dry brett, twist of citrus, balsamic vinegar kettle chips and a touch of spice with a drying, oaky finish. Medium body and fine, prickly/ lively carbonation. Nice depth of flavour. Satisfying stuff.

T: medium malty base, light sour fruity, bit puckering, yellow tropical fruits, grapefruits, decent bitterness, bit woody, soft to medium carbonation, really delicious.

A golden and murky beer, almost without head, some white bubbles. Aroma has fruitness, grapes, sourness of earthyness. Taste has fruitness, grapes, fructose, barrel, sourness. Medium+ bodied. Higher carbonation would make this fresher. Quite complex, nice beer.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow golden. White wine, oak, fresh hops that have some grape and kiwi, yoghurt, wheat, a touch of funk. Medium sweet, lighter sour and bitter. Medium bodied. Good.
