Can from Malt Attacks. Spicy, funky, dry saison with herbal and somewhat fruity dry hop expression, quite well balanced and in-style, bit of a surprise even.

Can from the brewery. Hazy ochre, small, frothy, white head. Aroma of banana peel, melon, white pepper, white grape, yellow apple, bread crust, herbs, cheese. Taste has sweet (unripe) apple & banana in a bready, cereally malt body with spicy-peppery accents. Grassy, peppery hoppy finish, lingering sweet yellow fruits, bitter citrus peel and herbs. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Expressive, full, even moreish Saison.

A hazy and light yellow beer, a head is big and white. Aroma has strong citrus, spicyness, also light tropical mangos. Taste has lemon, lime, spicyness of pepper. Medium bodied, high carbonation, but quite smoothly. Nice and balanced. Good beer.

Burk från Etre. Disig varmgul vätska med högt livligt vitt skum. Tydlig saisondoft med örter, jord, jäst, blommor och kryddor. Stor kropp, krispig, halvtorr, lätt alkoholkryddig, stenfrukt och smak som doften. Lätt beska. Trevlig varsamt humlad stor saison. Gott

Pretty cloudy blond yellow beer, big creamy to aery solid white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: a bit yeasty, malty, grains, hay, straw, a bit grassy, some coriander, soapy touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, a bit spicy, a little zesty, clean malt wile, somewhat bitter and slightly acidic. Aftertaste: some banana, grains, peppery touch, citrus notes, slightly oxidized. Nice saison!

Dorée, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme sur des effluves rustiques clairement belges, fine effluve ester/banane qui prend un peu le dessus sur les houblons - effet 'bread dough', léger agrumes en retrait.
Palais est sur une approche malt pils avec un bel effet rustique - côté dry hopped avec les deux houblons confère un caractère fruité de raisin blanc, fruits à noyaux voire une touche de chewing gum, abricot et herbacé. Retrouve un léger côté ester banane. Effervescence moyenne sur haute.

On tap at the Brasserie Surrealist, Brussels Friday 29th April 2022. Wow what an amazing building but let us not forget the great beers either. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Solid Saison, nice little spicy edge, warming, a little fruity tang, enjoyed this.
