0.5l bottle, huge thanks F&L! Lighter golden body, white head. Bit floral, woody maltiness, low honey in the aroma. Dryish, bit minerally taste, soft honeyish maltiness, good herbal hoppy presence, almost no bitterness though, good carbonation. Good everyday beer!

Bottle at Gasthof zum Sonnenwald, Schöfweg, this is Bier des Monats, Saturday 6th July 2024. Pours gold with a mid sized white head, actually quite pale gold. Quite surprised to find a beer in this area that I have yet to try, it's decent. Refreshing, light sweetness, a little bit fruity. I like it.

Bottle, thanks Max! Clear gold, moved head for a Helles. Big lagery nose with a bit of veg smell. Flavor is well rounded, hint of sweetness with the earthy hops, grassy overtones. Slightly thin body.

*Smooth mild beginning. Grain and not too sweetish back. Soft, not too much bitterness, dry and a bit more bitter finish. Refreshing mild, sessionable Helles.

Helle und klare Farbe, fast weißer Schaum. Florale und getreidige Nuancen sind bestimmt. Milde säuerliche, süßliche und bittere Noten folgen. Wohlschmeckend, aber nicht viel Substanz (was auch in nur 4,7 % Alk. zum Ausdruck kommt). Mit etwas mehr Kohlensäure wird versucht dies auszugleichen. Nichts stört großartig, allerdings auch nichts sticht besonders positiv hervor. Trotzdem ein süffiges und brauchbares Helles, aus dem finsteren Bayerischen Wald.

Osser Hell, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase mild vanillesüßes, etwas leeres helles Malz mit matter, schwach kräuteriger Hopfung. - Antrunk fein süßlich getreidig-hellmalzig, zart süßsauer, mit milder herbaler Hopfung; ein wenig stumpf. Milder rezent, mineralisch. Leicht trockener Abgang mit milder, ausdrucksloser Hopfenherbe. - Sehr durchschnittliches bayerisches Helles, trinkbar aber arm an Charakter. Sicher gibt's im Bayerischen Wald noch bessere Biere ... (4.9.2020.)

Tap @ Kuhalm Bodenmais. Grassy herbal aroma. Thinnish. Dry soft herbal hopbitter flavor with grassy notes. Soft malty, grassy notes in the finish. OK.
