Bottle split at L6, thanks to Dave, 02/03/23. Very light hazed pale lemon looker with a white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is apple skins, pear, funk, straw, grains, dusty orchard wood. Taste comprises bitter sweet pears, acidic ripple, funk, hedgerow, barnyard tones, dusty oak. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte edge. Solid perry.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours unclear pale yellow with a slight, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour, some sourdough, tart green apple, musty cellar. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean, musty, quenching finish. Sound.

Bottle shared at L6. Pours hazy Pale yellow gold with thin laced head. Aroma is pear, barnyard funk, oak, white grape. Taste is pear, barnyard funk, white grape, oak. Nice and light, refreshing and easy drinking.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting. 2023-03-02. Many thanks to Wingman. A A clear light hazed bright greenish yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice tart pear, floral, white sugar, floral, Flavour is composed semi sweet, white sugar, pale pear, bark, refreshing , light funk, . Palate is semi sweet, light tart, refreshing.

Bottle. CW online I expect. Clear pale straw gold. Ring of white foam. Nose has soap. Wine poached pear. Bit of blue cheese. Taste is a little dry and semi sweet. Light body. Fine carbonation. Some acidity to finish. Very odd. Not in to this at all.

Bottle @ SirAlex Kids Barbeque. Thanks. Pours cloudy yellow with a fizzy head. Fresh and ripe pear blending in with Wood - def. A red Wine appearance. Vinous and dry finish. A fine sipper.

75cl bottle shared with Soph by the river on the first baking hot evening of the year. Misty yellow complexion. Nice light almost milky texture with good wild perry nuances, some mild coarse woody moments. Not detecting any red wine influence.

750ml bottle. Sparkling, pale yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of pear, fruity, red wine hints, some barrel note. Taste is tangy, pear, fleshy, vanilla, oak, with red-wine notes, some tart citric acidity and some tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.
