Pålitelige notater fra Mi2 feb-24: klar lys gylden med ok skum. Milde cittursfrukter og like milde krydderier, lys malt pluss et hint av druer. Frisk og lettdrikkelig med sursyrlig avslutning. 0,33 flaske.

End of bottle at tasting is hazy yellow, top was clear. Aroma of fermented fruits, pepper, citrus. Taste is fruity, banana, citrus, lemon.

375 ml bottle, vintage 2021, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 5.8%. Slightly hazy and very pale straw colour, small white head. Aroma of lactic acid and mild spices, some yeasty notes, fruity hints. The flavour is medium sour and citric, quite refreshing, low bitterness.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy yellow. Funky, floral, fruity, dry, slightly sourish.

Bottle shared at the watford Christmas tasting 10/12/2021. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is nice fresh, grass, floral notes, wheat, light funk, lemon rind. Flavour is composed lemon rind, tangy pineapple, light bretty funk, tangy, bergamot. Palate is crisp, tart, spicy citrus, wheat, highish carbonation.

On tap at Deya Taproom, Cheltenham with Scott 9th October 2021. Pours clear gold with a white head. Nice lemony streak, a little furry rasp across the tongue. Not a great review, but this is very nice.

Keg at Deya Taproom, 16/07/21. Lightly hazed pale golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is tarte citric zest, apple peel, citric sherbets, damp hay. Taste comprises light funk, raw citric peel, melon, funk, damp wood, apple skin, lemon sherbets. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering kiss. Decent well balanced sour.
