Can shared at home, courtesy of the Mad crew. Murky, milky peach juice colour with a thin head. Nose and taste are big on lime with that pineapple-mango vibe of soursop and lactic touches. Fairly salty too, but it works. Light to medium bodied with soft to average carbonation. Not a wow experience but it does deliver its promises.

Keg at Brewdog Paddington, 13/07/22. Very light haze on a golden yellow pour with a white head. Nose is lemon tinged straw, hedgerow, grains, stale bread, green berry skins. Taste comprises lemon rind, modest salt lick, grass, herb, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light pucker. OK straight up kinda gose.

Probably a can at Falkon's 10 year fest. Murky golden body, white head. Odd fruity, citric, tart and sweet aroma - couldn't pinpoint the exact notes. Lean, dry, yeasty taste, I somehow pinpointed soursop, or I may have read it and then id-d the unusual notes as that. Vague lime notes as well. Is there lime here? Likely. Still, what appears to have put me off here was the tartness, which I felt wasn't that well integrated, something didn't feel right about the finish. All in all, fun! Giving it an extra +.1 for the weirdness.

Keg draught at BrewDog Leicester. Light to mid-gold, cloudy with no head. Odd smell, a little bit jarring, like lime, past-its-best pineapple, vanilla, with a little bit of dirty linen. Similar taste: some tart citrus, soap, a savoury/salty note. I struggle with this and like it at the same time. It's a 2.6 and a 3.8 simultaneously. So I'll score it down the middle of those two. The weirdest beer I've had in a very long time.

Crowler from BrewDog. It pours cloudy pale almost greenish - gold with a decent white head. The aroma is juicy, tangy, lovely lime vibes, kiwi, white grape, gooseberry, salty, savoury, cream cheese, key lime pie, definite margarita vibes and grain. The taste is crisp, dry, sweet - sour, juicy, tangy, salty edge, lemon - lime, kiwi, gooseberry, white grape, nip of acidity, lactic vibe, key lime pie, sherbet and minerality with a dry, puckering finish. Medium body and fine to moderate carbonation. Nails the margarita character for sure. Maybe a touch more cheesecake like on the aroma than I would like, but overall very nice.
