Itโs dry-hopped with punchy Motueka & Idaho 7 hops and was fermented with our Dansaert house culture. 75% of this Saison blend aged 3 months in a chestnut foeder & the remaining is young Saison to bring some fresh life to the bottle.

Bottle 37.5cl. @home poured into tumbler. Slightly hazy medium golden colour (cloudy when poured completely) small moussy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma sourish, brett, wheat, light barnyard, lemon peel, light herbal hops. Taste medium sweet and sour, wheat, white grapes, lemon, herbal notes, woody notes. Light to medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation, sweet and sour aftertaste with light bitter notes, altogether quite mild impression, refreshing, good balance, has a certain elegance, good.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, spcicy, yeasty. Taste: Mix of moderate tart, moderate sweetness and moderate hopbitterness. Subtle green apple, grapefruit and lemon. Spicy notes. Yeasty. Hints of wood. Quite thin, under medium body. Average carbonation. Dry-ish finish.

(Draught at Brussels Beer Project, Brussels, 22 Oct 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of citrus, yeast, oak wood, funk and green grapes. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, grapefruit, grapes, green apples, bread, hay and a mild spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a generous woody acidity. Very nice.

Bottle. Clear golden, small white head. Bretty, floral, lemony aroma. Funky, bretty flavour, citric with some rought yeasty notes. Finishes with fruity sweetness.

Cloudy orange blond beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very herbal, a bit funky, citrusy, lovely smell, good stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice and fruity start, lots of yellow summer fruit, clean acidity, gentle bitterness. Aftertaste: juicy, fruity, good stuff, pleasant acidity, very nice beer, really like it!

On tap at Brussels Beer Project, Brussels, Belgium in the company of Lynn and Barry Friday 30th September 2022, just around the corner from Teddy Pickers, our accomodation for the weekend. Pours hazy gold with a white head, funky, a little furry bite, dry finish. This is a pleasant beer but quite different from a regular saison.

Small white rim over hazy orange-golden beer. Brett, floormop variety included a mile out, lemonpeel, mouldy. Bretts, fresh lemonjuice, enhanced by the COยฒ; tart, sour, long-lasting flavours. Light body with effervescent carbonation, bit slick. Another nice, original beer from BBP's Dansaert division.
