50 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Trinkgut, Kleve. Clear light golden with a white head. Malty grainy aroma. Light sweet bitter taste with a low bitter finish. Decent Helles but nothing out of the ordinary.

Bottle. Blonde. Malty dusty aroma. Malty bready flavor, slightly floral and buttery. Hint of orange. Average helles.

Rerate fresh from from the brewery tap. Nice grassy, crunchy, herbal, summery grain, quite nice. Bottle. Close to BB date. Hazy pale golden, big fluffy eggshell head. Light mineral, sulphur on a slightly thin hayish grain base, rural, bready and grassy elements in the finish with a lingering metallic note.

From the bottle. Frothy white head that soon fades. Aroma is grainy with sweet cardboard notes. Taste is mildly sweet with light sour undertones. Metallic at the finish. Medium body, very mild carbonation. Happy I did not need to finish this alone.

Helder geel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht zoet en licht bitter. Goed te drinken, standaard bier.

Half-litre bottle from Beers of Europe, BBD 10th Aug 14, poured into a tall glass pot badged for Wolnzacher Brauhaus at home on 25th July 14: the first bier in my German evening. Clear, bright and golden with a full white head, looks good sat there staring back at me. The nose is grainy and slightly metallic. The brew is refreshing and fairly crisp but lacks a true flavour or bite, clean is a good word to use for the taste. Overall not bad, nothing to set it apart from thousands like it though. Just what I needed after a long sunny walk and an ideal starter for my German bottled beer evening. Just can not score it high because it is ’run of the mill’ in all aspects.

0,5 l bottle. Don´t like the label art design. Pale golden and unclear, mid white head. Smooth grain and caramell on the nose. Starts with more caramell, light grainy. Relative sweet, no real herb. I wished more grainy spice. Okay.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with small white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with notes of paper and malt. Rough, sweetish estery and malty flavour, with bitter, hoppy notes. Estery and cardboardlike finish. OK.
