Clear, deep golden to Amber color and a small White head. Funky and fruity, Peach as IT gets warmer. Sour,.acidic, peachy, Woody tanins. Dry. So cool-)

15/II/25 - 75cl bottle @ Bar Beenhouwer (Gent), bottled: I/20/22, BB: 26/X/42 (2025-142) Thanks to Frederick (?) for sharing the bottle!
Clear light orange to almost amber beer, practically no head. Aroma: peaches, apricots, woody, tannin, funky, brett, earthy, dead leafs, a bit oxidized, some orange peel. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very dry, funky, earthy, lots of peaches all right! Some bitterness from the peach skin. Aftertaste: lemony, citric acid, peaches, tannins, a hint of vinegar, bitter and dry in the finish.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow/orangey color lambic with a large foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some oak notes and nice peach notes with some fruity undertones. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some nice peach notes and oak notes with some light residual sugar and some tart notes. Body is about full for style with good carbonation. Nice fruited lambic with good level of complexity while retaining some drinkability.

Bottle split at L6 tasting, thanks to Danny, 02/03/23. Moderately hazed golden orange with an off white head that thins to spotting. Nose is funky peach, hay bale, green berry must, tarte fruit rinds. Taste comprises hedgerow, dry rot, green berry must, funk, barnyard nip, vinous, on the turn peach. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rip. Solid work.
