Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow/orangey color lambic with a large foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some oak notes and nice peach notes with some fruity undertones. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some nice peach notes and oak notes with some light residual sugar and some tart notes. Body is about full for style with good carbonation. Nice fruited lambic with good level of complexity while retaining some drinkability.

Bottle shared by Pete. Thanks! Pour is a hazy orangish with punchy aromas. Damn! Funk, sour, a touch of peach… this one says it is gonna hit you in the face and it does. First sip is mouth watering sour. Lemon peel and peaches with funk. Lovely.

Bottle split at L6 tasting, thanks to Danny, 02/03/23. Moderately hazed golden orange with an off white head that thins to spotting. Nose is funky peach, hay bale, green berry must, tarte fruit rinds. Taste comprises hedgerow, dry rot, green berry must, funk, barnyard nip, vinous, on the turn peach. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rip. Solid work.
