Bottle, 6.2%. Great fruity and slightly funky aroma. Dark berries with sweet acetic notes. Cloudy reddish chestnut colour. Small bubbly head. The flavour is sweetish and slightly acidic. Well-balanced, funky notes, raisin, other dried fruits. Grape notes, white wine, Sauvignon Blanc. Tastes like an authentic Belgian, and that is meant as a compliment, of course. 838417

Bottle. Pours hazy dark ruby with airy off-pinkish head. Dry, intense aroma of sour yeast, with dusty touches and malty hints. Bitter and dry flavour of sour yeast and hops, with sweetish touches of grapes and basement notes. Dusty, bitter, and vinous aftertaste. Lovely.

2020 vintage. Dark red body, with a big, creamy, beige head. Aroma of red wine, dark grapes, ripe dark fruits, slight tannins. Tastes similar, with more leathery, tannic notes. Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes vinous, tannic, very fruity. Lovely stuff, with lots of beautiful red wine notes. Drinks very elegant, especially the taste has a lot of depth. Score: 8 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 16

Bottled, huge thanks Lukáš for sharing these with us! Murky red-brown body. Raisins, funk, some tartness. Lean, dry, but creamy, woody grape-driven taste, sweetish and sour, smooth and pleasant. Well balanced, simply works!

Draught @ Væskebalancen. Pours hazy reddish amber with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, yeast, light spice, wood, red grapes. Flavor is light sour, light bitter, malt, wood, light earthy, tart fruit, red grapes. Medium body, average carbonation, dry finish. 290822

Draft at BXL. Deep ruby to purple. Tons of grapes, funk, vinous, soft tannins, blueberries, blackberries. Very fruity with a ton of grapes. Nice.

Full body, pearly carbonation. tastes grapes, spices, peppery, leathery, marzipan. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of grapes, marzipan and light grassy notes. Lovely balance
