Can. Golden orange pour. Aroma of buttery caramel, vanilla, white grape and yeast. Taste of buttery caramel, funk, vanilla, yeast ester, oak, white grape and a little tart. Seems infected, but I kinda like the butter flavor.

Borefts X. I'm ten for ten! Day 2. Keg. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Light malts, modestly sweet. No saison herb here. Woody barrel, not too strong. White wine tang and a drop of white port. Light dry spicy finish. Good.

Can. Color: Orangish amber, off-white head. Aroma: Saison yeast, grapes, boozy hints. Taste: Malt, Saison yeast, funky notes, medium to over medium sweet with herbal and floral notes. Some caramel. Oak, dry-ish mouthfeel. Fruity white wine notes, getting a bit boozy towards and at het finish. Moderate bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Pretty nice, nice surprise after a lot of Barley Wines and Stouts in this Barrel Project series.

Taste is bit better, insanely sweet wine sugar, way too much sugar, sweet with still some soap, sugar, candy, BE yeast, mixed feelings about this, sweet part is rather nice but all that soap & BE yeast. Body is all sugar & BE yeast.
