75cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Gouden kleur, dunne witte kraag. Funky, zuur, hout, druiven, citrus, schilletjes, friszuur en bitter. Lichte body. Smaakvol, mooi bier.

Pours clear, amberblonde. Small white head. Scent is funky, heavy on wood, overripe apple, brett, vineous. Taste is dry, tart, strong woodyness, very fruity, apples, pear, hints of red fruits almost. Very tasty, complex (red wine barrels??? ) brett. Way above expectations , and very different too.

0.75 L bottle. A golden beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has green apples, barnyard, sourness, grapes. Taste has sourness, apples, grapes, light barnyard. Balanced sourness. Medium bodied, slightly stickynesss. Great beer.

Keg at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours hazy brown-tinged yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of wood and funk. Taste is lemon sour, wood again. Sour finish.

Bouteille 75cl partagée avec Thomas, dégustée à Gualta.
Dorée léger pâle, col fin blanc-cassé peu tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet plaisant, funk délicat, garde un nez rappelant un vieux lambic, assez complexe, pointe de malté/grains en rétro-nasal.
Palais présente un léger funk, malté sur les céréales, cuire, cave, touche de cara, léger fleuri tirant presque sur le sureau.
Plaisant ce côté old stock ale mais ayant un caractère belge de lambic.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is tart berries, acidity, some mild sweet malts, with some honey. Flavour is tart berries, mild funk, some mild acidity with some wooden tones. Very smooth, but still delicate. Nice Euro-hoppy elements too.

--Bottled, from Etre Gourmet. -- Hazy pale amber, small head. Bretty nose with some lemon. Above medium bodied with well rounded mouthfeel. Tart and mildly funky with honey, xitric acid and mild wood. Long but mild stale hop bitterness.
