Bottle online from Raynville Superstore. Pours clear golden with a large creamy white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of grains, hay, grass, white bread and a slight medicinal note. Taste has more grains, hay, doughy white bread, some herbal tones and sone grassy hops on a slightly dry finish. A little metallic note also on the finish. Thin to medium body, low to average carbonation and very slightly oily mouthfeel. Ok beer and true to the Pilsner style but a bit boring.

Bottle, Bierzwerg. Pale, lightly green golden, white head. Grainy, hayish base, herbal and grassy bitter notes, a hint cattiness, medium body, dry sparkly, nice chewy backend.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Clear pale gold. Well sturdy white foam. Great pils. Full on hop bitterness. Background sweet bready malt. Crisp with some twang. Bitter hop leaf finish.

500 ml bottle. Clear light golden with with a foamy head. Grassy hops, grain, bready, hay, straw, metallic notes. Dry bitterness, grainy strawy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry bittersweet grainy finish. Decent typical Bavarian/Franconian Pils.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm consumed at home Sunday 21st August 2022 listening to Ghum - Bitter. Pours clear gold with a large white head, excellent clarity. Dry, fruity with a good hoppiness that gradually builds. Nice.

14-04-21 // 500ml bottle. Clean and crisp pilsener. Lighter bodied yet fullflavoured. Milder sweetness. A more prominent bitterness with some noble hop aromas, light floral herbal, minimal earthy. Good.

Ammerndorfer Bier - Pils, Flasche (50 cl) von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin. - Satt goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase nicht zu kräftiger hopfenwürziger Hopfen. - Antrunk satt hellmalzig und sauber gerstig mit zartem Karamel und ganz zarter fruchtiger Säure. Anklänge an Trockenobst, dezente Malzsüße. Die zurückhaltende aber solide hopfenwürzige und herbale Hopfenherbe mit zarter, blasser Zitronenschale verleiht dem fülligeren Malzkörper Hintergrund. Etwas milder rezent. Im Abgang leicht trocken und mild hopfenwürzig herb. - Sauberes, malzbetontes und sehr gediegen (wenngleich eher mild) gehopftes Pilsner süddeutscher Machart, auch ohne die klassische Pilsherbe sehr schmackhaft. Bloß der Abgang ist etwas zu schwach. (Neubewertung: 16.2.2021.)

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein goldgelbes Pils mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig. Geschmack herb, grasig, minimal würzig.
