Can from Biervana, München, consumed at home Sunday 18th December 2022, we're making Stollen (it's a Stollen off!) listening to Dry Cleaning- Stumpwork. We went for a very nice walk through the snowy woods around here earlier today, but it was bitterly cold not getting above -6c all day. Cooking Prawns and Chorizo. Pours lighter than expected, it's like the previous beer, a lemony/gold colour with a white head and a little haze. Simple but pretty good, soft moutheel, a little simple, clean, grassy hoppiness, a few hoppy burps though. Good balance to this, the maltiness is a little gentler but good.

Can. Hazy pale golden, offwhite head. Lightest Whiff of DMS on a otherwise crisp, roast malt, grassy Helles. Medium light body and chewiness.

Aroma is pilsner malts with bread crust, hay and heather, as well as herbal hops with floral notes and leafy minerals. Medium body, with soft carbonation.
