Light purple sort of colour with some haze. Tart, light leather character, and some mellow blackcurrant.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: funk and black currants. Taste: same. Overall: good.

Bottle, Cellars Bentleigh. Cloudy red with a fading white head. Moody, almost lazy berries, the barn, some ointment. Less fruit in the taste with bretty old lemon and bracken just softened by the fruit. Another really good one, perhaps just shades the first use version.

Huge, pinkish head over fully hazy, deep red beer, seemingly well-carbonated. Red berries, grapes, farmyard odours, currants. Quite sour, again (red) berries, difficult to say which, blackcurrant, redcurrant or other. Earthy flavour, rather than the classic horseblanket. Acidburn and -thinning, very good carbonation, fruitslick. Quite nice fruitlambic. Txs to Dav!

Red colour with light haze and thin head. Intense aroma of blackcurrant and also a solid amount of good old Tilquin funk. Taste of juicy berries. Mix of sweet sour and a little bitterness too. Really moreish and easy to drink.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy, jammy currants, moderate funk, and some berry mustiness. Flavour is bright and fruity, with lots of tart black currants, moderate funk, and moderate acidity on the finish. Nice jammy, tart fruitiness for second usage, with a dry, funky, fairly acidic finish. Excellent.

Hazy reddish colour, pink foam. Nose of wood, funk, oak, fruity, berries, cassis. Tart and refreshing.

Bottle: Poured a dark golden color lambic with a small foamy head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of funky ester with some tart notes and some cassis notes with faint oak notes are also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some tart notes, oak notes and cassis notes with no noticeable acidity. Body is about average with limited carbonation. More complex than I was expecting with nice cassis flavors.
Hazy pale red with a lasting white head. Aroma of Tilquin funk with lots of blackcurrant and a light medicinal note. Dry and quite tart fruity flavour with blackcurrant and funk.

Bottle from Etre. Burgundy with pinkish head. Loads of cassis, some citrus, a bit of funk. SLightly jammy with some barnyard. Great stuff!
