We brewed this incredible triple-fruited Gose with our friend Stacey at Rock Leopard Brewing. Taking inspiration from childhood summertime sodas we brewed a thick and juicy fruited sour featuring massive amounts of plum, raspberry and passion fruit. 'Spots Between the Dots' strikes the perfect balance between sweetness, salinity and sour fruit flavours.

Can from lowcostbeer, canned Sep-21, BBE Feb-22, consumed Mar-22. Hazy orange-red with small white head. Aroma of raspberries and passion fruit, some graininess. Not getting much plum on the nose but it does come through more in the flavour with berry notes, yogurt, dry with a moderate sourness. Quite good.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 28/09/21. Pinkish orange with a faded crimson cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is sharp citric zest, plummy notes, berry pips, damp straw. Taste comprises berry skins, light balsa wood, kiss of salt, lemon rind, raspberry jam, sharp plum. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering edge. Decent flavoursome Gose.

Can that Jim shared - cheers! Murky pinky-purple. Vague sour fruity aroma. Light sourness and mild saltiness with ripe plum juice and a little blackcurrant. Lightly sweet finish. Really not getting any passion fruit though. It's a pleasant beer but it's not wow-ing me. It may have suffered by comparison with their superb and much more assertive kiwi, lime & pear gose that I'd had just before.
