75cl bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Winter Gathering. Pours gold with a light mist, pure white head. Aroma is herbal, gently spicy, wild air. Crisp sourness with a layered wild complexity, spicy moments with a noticeable juniper sweetness, tart fruity acidity. Like it.

Clear blond beige beer, small creamy dense white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, some orange peel, very spicy, earthy, herbal, rosemary, a bit oxidized, funky, floral, nice one, earthy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice fruity start, orange peel, some grapefruit, a bit acidic, lactobacillus, a bit herbal, very sour, nice! Aftertaste: very acidic, lemony, pretty bitter, herbal, some grapefruit, a bit resinous, herbal, earthy, sourish, refreshing, nice one!

Tap at the source. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a sticky off white head. Aroma is tangy apple, pale grains, green apple, sour. Palate is crisp and tangy, highish carbonation. Airy. Flavour is composed of semi sweet jolly rancher, pale grains, green apple. Light clean lacto.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 16.11.2022/bbe 16.11.2024) im 2023-11 getrunken. Dieses gelbe, trübe Gruit wurde mit Fichtennadeln und Wacholderbeeren gebraut. Es zeigt sich eine deutliche, aber ausgewogene Säure und Weißweinaromen. Im Abgang kommt eine leichte Bitterkeit von Kärutern dazu. Wunderbar!

Pâle, col crémeux blanc.
Arôme est frais avec une note de bourgeon de sapin qui apporte une belle fraicheur. Genévrier assez délicat mais qui appporte une direction en adéquation avec ce style ancien avec un effluve forestier/sous-bois bien plaisant.
Palais est plaisant avec un effet brett clairement présent mais qui apporte son côté sauvage et maîtrisé. Baies de genévrier en retrait qui accompagnent bien ces notes fraiches de bourgeons de sapin. Funk léger en fin de bouche.
Assez bien faite, juste étonnant de voir du houblon sur une bière vendue comme 'winter gruit'.
