She is an exhilarating Amber Ale, generously dry-hopped with German hops. Her nose evokes stone fruits from the South, as well as persimmon. We also find a whole bouquet of exotic flowers. These nuanced aroma's are followed by voracious notes of biscuity malt. In the end she develops a beautiful and long bitterness, which harmoniously brings everything in balance.

Bottled in 2022. Great pour, glowing gold with a frothy topping. Moderately sweet, richly boozy, some sun-kissed biscuits, yeast, citrus accents. Massaging carb. Warming finish. Dangerously drinkable.

Bottle. HOTM online. Hazed deep orange gold. Beautifuly dense lasting leggy white foam. Oof. Nose has rich honeyed malt. Bready yeast. Some toffee. Some caramel. On top there’s a flowery herbal hop bitterness. Taste is sweet and floral with herbal citrus bitterness. Ridiculously easy drinking overall. Slick and full bodied without being cloying. Punchy bitterness to finish. What a fucking glorious beer this is.

33cl Fles van Etre Gourmet. Mistig diepgouden tot oranje kleur, witte kraag. Bloemig, grassig, citroenrasp, droog-moutig, licht fruitig, hint van alcohol, flink bitter. Medium body. Typisch De la Senne-bier. Lekker.
Lovely first sip but can taste the danger. Sweet and fruity, pineapple. Second sip similar tastes. Still enjoying the booze.

Donkergeel bier met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is vrij bitter hoppig en licht zoet met iets van ananas, mango en wat citrus. Heel goed.

330 ml, bottled 20 Sep 22. Amber, medium hazy body, with a big, fluffy, white head. Aroma of sweet stone fruits, flowers, citrus, biscuit, some honey Tastes similar, with more herbal hop notes, slight alcohol Creamy mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes warm, bitter, medium sweet, slightly boozy, hoppy, with sweet malts and fruits, spicy pine. Very quaffable for the ABV, which is almost hidden, except a slight alcohol note in the taste. A smooth, creamy malt body and crisp, fruity hops make for a very drinkable strong ale. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16
