Bottle shared at Craft Beer Junction tasting, thanks to the Wingmane, 15/11/23. Black topped with a modest khaki head. Nose is big on peanut butter, chocolate, roast malt, brown sugar melt, molasses. Taste comprises chocolate peanut butter, toffee fudge, nutty tang, dark malts, molasses, mellow bourbon. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lick of booze. Decent but fell short of expectations for me ... particularly in the barrel department.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Black-brown colour, bubbly beige foam head and aroma of peanut butter, dark malt, chocolate, nutty, wood barrel, bourbon. Taste is roast malty, chocolate, peanut butter, woody, bourbon barrel, boozy, with earthy nutty bitterness. Full bodied, soft carbonation, dry roasty peanutty bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle shared in Bermondsey - big thanks to Dave! Pours black-brown with a creamy, tan head. Medium to big sweet flavour with notes of burnt toffee, dark fruits, raisins, peanuts, roast, fudge. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, not quite cloying, lightly sticky, more lightly artificial nutty notes, toasted marshmallows, burnt butterscotch. Nice, would be better without the nutty note. Lingering warmth.

Craft Beer Junction bottle share, thanks to Wingman. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head, gone in an instant. Smooth rich dark malts, rich smooth dark chocolate. Smooth peanut butter, pretty dominant. Bourbon rich fruits and boozy spice on the back end. Very peanut and I am not a huge fan of nuts in beer but Cycle make this work and work well.

Black with no head. Aroma of roasted peanuts alcohol and soy. Unbelievably thick. Almost like cream. Aftertaste is really good with roasted bitter stout and toasted peanuts.

Tap@Peders, Copenhagen (Cycle TTO 10/12/2022) - Sweet and light roasted malty with lots of nutty accents, getting the peanut butter and the hazelnut coming through, chocolate, full dense body and mouthfeel, lingering nut infused malty finish. Really good.
