Pale Ale is brewed on pale ale malt, as well as a selection of mild roasted malts, which together give the beer a rich malt flavour. The beer has Hallertauer Mittelfrüh added as bitter hops and is dry hopped with our own Hallertauer Jacobsen hops, which contributes with a citrus gapefruit-ish scent to the beer's otherwise fruity aroma.

Gyllengul vätska med småbubbligt skum. Aromer av mjuk kaka, ananas och lite citron. Stabil maltighet matchad med en citrusig beska.

Amber, clear with a large off white head. Aroma of corn, malt, hops and caramel. Medium bitter with a dry hop, spices and malt finish. At hotel Oasia, Aarhus, DK. 2019

Bottle from yespr, thanks! Amber color. Biscuity floral maltaroma. Sweetish mal flavor, biscuity and floral with cinnamon. Cookie dough. Medium to full bodied. Very tasty! Earthy bitter finish.

Draught at Teater Bodega, Aarhus. Clear amber coloured body, fair lacing from a covering low, beige head. Mid-sweet caramel malts on the nose. Blended taste profile of caramel and ripe orange followed by a smooth bittersweet tail. Medium bodied. The right partner to my Danish herring plate. (13.08.2017).

0,7 flaske fra Dagligbrugsen Sæby, på ferie der: klar kobbergylden med godt skum der varer. En ret god sommerforfriskning med fruktig aroma og bitterhed. Søde appelsiner og rosa grapefrugt. Dejlig, læskende eftersmag, meget let drikkelig - og flaskens størrelse var da heller ingen utfordring.

Clear amber, offwhite head. Malty, fruity aroma, some citrus. Malty flavour, light grapefruit bitterness and malty sweetness.

Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is malts, fruits, wood, some earth and a bit rubbery notes. Flavour is very similar with also some grainy notes to it.

Bottle@Magasasa, Amager, Copenhagen - slightly fuzzy amber orange pour with a puffy white head. Aroma and taste is floral and hoppy citus, caramel malty, grassy, medium bitter, easy drinking. On its own nothing amazing but with such great food (this restaurant is the business) it went down very well.
