Can at home picked up from HOTM. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a rocky white head. Aroma is semi sweet, midget gems, pine, bark, biscuity grains, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty grains, orange rind, smoked orange, pine, grass, bark, firm bitterness, pine tar. Palate is semi sweet, some resinous hop, highish carbonation. Good West coaster.

Tap at Craft Beer Cabin, London, (Palace v Leicester pre match beers 01/04/2023) ⚽️🔴🔵🦅🦊- medium sweet malty and fruity, notes of grapefruit and tangerine, citrus peel, sweet malty backbone, resinous robust bitter hoppy finish. Really good.

440ml can. Clear golden colour, big white head. Aroma of grapefruit juice and resinous pine. Taste is dominated by grapefruit juice, resinous pine, decent bitterness to finish. Medium bodied. Great single hop westie.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from HOTM. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour with nice dry pine, diesel, grass, citrus peel, crisp pale malts. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, lightly resinous, a little French onion, lemon peel, grapefruit, soft grass. This one grew on me.

Can at the Wild Kite, Great Missenden, 23/02/23. Clear golden with a good sized lasting white. Nose is grass, pine needle, bitter orange, grapefruit, straw. Taste comprises orange pith, grass, pine needle, melon, papaya, grass. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come lightly juicy hop bitterness. Decent WC affair.

Tap at the Hive Crowthorne, with Peter, 18th February 23. Pours a clearish orange. Aroma is citrus and pine, taste is grapefruit and resinous pine, clean and aromatic. Very nice West Coaster

440ml can from Burnt Mill. Gluten Free. Golden amber colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of citrusy, dank hop. Taste is sweetish, tangy, malt, grains, biscuit and fruity, with citrus, grapefruit, pine and resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tangy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
