25/X/25 - 44cl can, bought and shared @ kelderschatten tasting by Gentse Biervereniging (Baracuna), BB: 9/III/24 (2025-1074)
Slightly cloudy yellow blond beer, big creamy solid white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, pretty floral, slightly fruity, decent, good lager! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit fruity, very soapy kind of bitterness, a little malty, floral notes, pretty nice overall! Aftertaste: a little watery, soft acidic touch, wheat, nice bitterness. This held up pretty good for a lager! Only noticed afterwards that it was already 1.5 years past date.

Pale malt, bread crust, cold french fries, wheat, white bread. Sweetish malt, wheat, grass. Grassy hops, bitter citrus pith. Decent.

Very good, stable white head over cloudy yellow beer. Hops, fresh ones, as a bale opening. Smooth & delicate, fellow taster says. Hop onslaught, yet again - delicate. Bittereness follows, floral, fresh hopcones. Light, quite hopoil slick. The bitterness gradually diminishes but remains throughout to a certain extent. Undeniably one of the very best Pilseners ever sampled. The Simcoe notwhitstanding, the hoppy character is that of noble EU hops but missing the overwhelming raw bitterness an overdose of these usually displays. Wow!

Can picked up from Beyond Beer webshop Hamburg and consumed at home Friday 30th June 2023 listening to Craig Charles on 6Music and we're cooking a Jambalaya later. Pours hazy light/mid gold with a huge frothy white head. This is completely 100% as per description, crisp, clean, hoppy and bitter. The bitterness really lingers, there is a real grapefruit bite to this, which I guess comes from the Simcoe. It's great Pilsner.

440 ml can. Cloudy yellow with a foamy head. Grassy hops, lemon zest, resin, pine, some metal, stone fruit, sourdough. Dry hoppy bitterness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy zesty bitter finish. Nice crafty Pils.
