Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery online shop. Pours mostly clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a modest, frothy white head. Medium sweet flavour with low funk, grape, melon, lemon, peach, nice Burning Sky salty bite, relaxed acidity. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish, bright lemony notes, mild herbal/floral accents, a little oak. Delicious.

Draft @ Tilquin English Beer Festival '23.

29/IV/23 - on tap @ Tilquin English Beer Fest, BB: n/a (2023-386) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Little cloudy blond beer, creamy white head, unstable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very funky, earthy, wood notes, a bit cheesy, funky, a little dirty, some sulphur notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, a bit funky, some honey, fruity notes, a little bitter, earthy, some tea bitterness, a bit astringent. Aftertaste: sourish, funky, dry, spicy, more honey, a bit sweet, some alcohol, sugary touch, good stuff going on here.
