We macerated gentian root and bloodoranges of the Tarocco varietal on a one year old barrel-aged beer, to create an amaro-inspired sour/bitter beer.

Taster. Amber body, with almost no head. Aroma mainly of perfumy bitter orange, herbal. Tastes similar. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with almost no carbonation. Finishes quite bitter, dry, herbal, fruity, perfumy, with bitter orange. Very unique, very tasty stuff! Quite dominated by the bitter oranges and the roots, but extremely well balanced. Outstanding! Score: 8 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 17

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 03/2021. yellow clear color, small white head. smells very herbal, almost medicinal, heavy spices, oranges, thyme. lovely smell, very antidooty. full body, soft carbonation. tastes herbal, bitter, thyme, blood oranges, list spices, peppery. finishes with subtle sourness and medium bitter with notes of blood oranges, herbs and peppery notes. lovely, very typical Antidoot bitterness. I am digging this more and more. Great beer!

Dorée clair, col fin peu tenace blanc.
Arôme présente un léger bouquet herbacé, le tout rappelle un peu le romarin avec un rétro-nasal fin fruité d'agrumes;
La gentianne est difficile à noter - le goût est déjà particulier avec une amertume marqué qui ressort un peu plus avec l'apport des agrumes. Retrouve un peu le côté funk des oranges sanguines.

Clear blond yellow to orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots of oranges, orange peel, oxidized, floral, funky, nice! MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, soapy, orange peel, very oxidized, orange peel, bitter, quite some tannins. Aftertaste: very dry, herbal, bitter, a bit oxidized.
