Poured from a 375 ml, 2020 / 2021 vintage bottle. Aroma is moderately grape forward with a juicy, fruity grape note along with some lighter grape must. Lighter earthy, herbal, leathery funk notes. Hints of lemon and oak. Light grain and alcohol notes. Pours a hazy, golden-orange color with some reddish hues and a small, moderately thick, frothy white head that disappears quickly. No lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a light acidity and light grain notes. Low bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate grape must notes with lighter fruity grape notes. Light earthy, herbal funk with hints of lemon and stone fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid lambic. The grape is a bit more pronounced in this one but the lambic still comes through nicely. Decent funk and fun grape notes.
Super dry. A bit of funk but it’s got a bit of a wine flavor.

375mL bottle, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice gentle red grape skin character, light barnyard funk, and grape must. Flavour is much the same, with dry red grape skins, gentle must and moderate funk. Earthy, dry, low acidity finish. Nice stuff.

Bottle - from a mixed box from Cellars Bentleigh (I think they have singles too). Clear deep gold, a white head struggles to get beyond the rim. Is it unfair to say that Pinot Meunier is a pretty anonymous sort of a grape? Anyway it's no surprise that this one smells pretty gueuzy. Funky, a little pukey and sweaty, apricots and their pits, a surprising hint of toffee. But then it is a little grapey upon a taste with some sharp notes that float over the top and a little remaining sweetness. Moderately sour. Another lovely one from this series.
