On tap at Meddlesome Moth, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out some sweatsocks, barnyard funk and subdued pear skins. Flavour is musty, with dusty pear skins, barnyard funk, tart citrus, and some sweaty funk. A bit too tart and sweaty, but still has that nice signature Tilquin funk. Good.

(21 - 22 version on tap @ Sardines, Quebec City, Sep 29/22) Pours lightly hazy dark gold with a thin white head. Aroma is fairly soft, tart pear and white grape, malt peeking through, some old wood, soft funk. Flavour is lightly lactic tart, pear and sour green apple, soft fruit vinegar, a little skin tannin, very low funk. Light to medium body, low carbonation. The pear built a bit as it warmed but on the whole it was probably the least fruit-forward of the series, not badly balanced and solid with food.

Draft at Foeders. Quite funky, soft pear but more lambic. A touch of tannins and lemon. Great, seems similar to the experimental series.

Keg at Cork & Cage, Stirchley, Brum. Pours misty golden with no head. Bright, funky, some minerality, sharp fruity. Dry taste. Thin to medium body with almost no carbonation. The pear is MIA.

Tap. Crow Inn Sheffield. Soft haze on a lightly green tinged gold. No head. Leathery funk. Nondescript fruit. Mineral. Taste is sharp and fairly acidic. Dry and thin mouthfeel with soft carbonation. Some acidity to finish. No pear at all character really.
