Pours bottle at BeerGek Bar 9th anniversary. Hazy, dark amber colored. AROMA- wild and funky, dark grapes, Port wine. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, tart, sour cherry, wild, funky, dark grapes. Fuller bodied. Really good.

2017, courtesy of either Zhenya or Hookstar I guess, really glad to try it! Cherry dominates the aroma, tart, acetic, with touches of glue. Lean taste, cherries, light walnuts and a nice woody touch, but the sourness, acetic, is way too excessive, it was hard to find enjoyment here despite some pleasant aspects, sadly, maybe past its prime.

Bottle shared at BBT 2/2023. Thin body, low carbonation. Assertive acetic acid both in aroma and flavour. Taste is dominated by sourness and tartness of the acids. Light solventy fusels. Feels pretty in line with flanders red ale style to be honest. But the cherries feel like a general estery presence at this point. Light dried fruits, also medium woodiness, all mixing with the acetic character to produce a pretty authentic flanders feeling. Good, but not great. It seems to be past its prime by this point.

Bottle at BBT. Sour cherries aroma and taste, wooden barrel notes, light tanines, light to medium sour. Medium body, sour cherries tanine dry finish. Ok.

Shared bottle at BBT 1/2023. Dark amber color with huge off-white head. Aroma of sour cherries, red wine, wood, port, solvent. Taste is very sour with sour cherries, solvent, port, wood. Good.

Bottle. Pours clear reddish orange, small off white head, some residual. Aroma is cherry, wood, hint of acetone, bugs, vinous. Flavor is light plus tart, light plus funk. Medium body. Pretty good.
