Bottle at home, from Munich, 8th February 25. Pours off clear straw in colourr. Aroma is straw and hay, grass. Taste is mellow, grassy, citrus and bitter

Aldersbacher Freiherrn Pils, Fläschchen von REWE Wolf, BID. - Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase frisch-aromatische, mild-herbe grasige und zitronige Hopfung über feinem hellen Malz, typisch für ein süddeutsches Pilsener. - Antrunk saftig hellmalzig und schön grasig hopfenherb mit Zitronenschale. Ganz zarte Restsüße, eine Andeutung von Honig. Milder rezent, fülliger als ein Industriepils. Im Abgang deutliche aber nicht schmerzhafte grasige Hopfenherbe. - Schönes Pilsener des süddeutschen Typus, rund und aromatisch gehopft. (5.3.2024.)

Bottle picked up from brewery, Aldersbach consumed at home Sunday 4th June 2023 June 2023 after a lovely day yesterday with Christian, Josef and Valerie after an afternoon at the new house, Manghlam 17, Innernzell. Pours clears sparkling gold colour with a large white head. Soft mouthfeel, dry, fruity with a nice bite, classic Pils and very nice.

Bottle. Pale golden, white head. Light grainy, medium light sparkly body. light grassy, gooseberry hops, pleasant bitternes otherwise balanced to boredom.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, a little opaque, with a creamy white foam, fine. Aroma is cereal, herbal, a little soapy. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter, with some sweetness too. Final is average.

Hell leuchtende, klare Farbe, weißer feinporiger, fester Schaum - optisch wurde hier alles richtig gemacht. In der Nase findet sich etwas Honig. Geschmacklich kann man das nur noch erahnen. Getreidig, herb floraler Hopfen - und sonst nix. Stopp. Nach 2 - 3 Schlucken ist da auch etwas gelbe Birne und Nuancen von Quitte. Recht klassisches, bayerisches Pils.

Tap at Dno Pytle. Pale golden body, white head. Mild plum jam maltiness, crackers, hmm. Grainy malty taste, cereals, no bitterness... Not that pilsnerish honestly, but a passable German lager.

Bottle, sweetish and malty, especially for a pilsener. Hint of orange and just a hint of hops in the aroma, but hard to find in the flavor. A touch of hops in the aftertaste, maybe.

33cl bottle. A clear pale golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grassy and spicy hops, straw. Taste of spicy hops, straw, some cereals, crisp, okay!
