Bottle shared for bavarian sunday breakfast. Cloudy deep golden. Banana clove and spices, but not too much. Soft full and fluffy. Perfect for a lazy Sunday morning.

Bottle picked up from Getränke Degenhart - Markt Freyung and consumed at home the same day after a few hours in the fridge, Thursday 7th March 2024. Listening to ByteFM (Hamburg based alternative radio station, very good 👍🏻) about to cook a Moqueca (Brazilian fish stew) actually we might have cheese and biscuits now and Moqueca tomorrow. This is a new brewery to me, in fact I was quite surprised to find them in this Getrankemarkt. Pours hazy yellow with a large white head, plenty of banana on the nose and initially not so much in the mouth but as it warms up this does show more. Nice softness, a little spicy touch, there is a fruity tang and wheatiness. It's very good.

Bottle from Degenhart getraenke in Passau. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Yeasty, wheat malt, subtle banana. Taste: Malty, yeasty, banana notes, slightly sourish (barley?). Spicy hints (clove). Moderate sweet, light bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Long lasting finish. Nice.

Bottled. Golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is bananas, some toffee, mild sweet spiciness too. Flavour is sweet bananas, some slight tart wooden tones with mild toffeeish and some mild yeasty elements.

Hazy golden. Aroma is banana yeast light toffee light clove, pleasant. Taste is fresh yeasty start with mealy texture and a light green mealy and minerally finish. Medium body. Alright, but I'm not a huge fan of those mineral Weizens.

Pale gold with a foamy head of modest duration. Banana bread aroma, although closer to banana bread dough. Slight spice. Taste is mildly sweet with a late, green apple tartness surging at the finish, then disappearing again. Medium bodied, relatively mild carbonation. Not bad.

Brewery tap. Only a slight flowery aroma. Herbal flavor with some banana. Medium bodied. Citric. You can taste it is from a very small rural brewery.
