500ml bottle at Auntie Sue's house on 16th September 2025. Golden/amber body, clear and clean, on top a white crown. Bittering hops over a sloid malty sweetness. Cheap and cheerful, but lacks a bit of depth body wise.

Clear gold, small white head, decent retention. Aroma is malty, sweet, corn syrup, some tea, citrus and spice hoppy notes but overall a bit largery. Taste is the same, has a cheap lager sweet malt base and most of the nuance in the hops have been filtered out. Long bitterness but other than that not much of a finish. It's not unpleasant but when you consider for not much more you can get Proper Job this is not recommended.

[50cl bottle from my local Aldi.] A bright amber pour with a fast fading white head; aroma of malt and musty hops; taste of tea with some barley sugar; and a light Kentish hop bitterness to finish. Not the best of the current Aldi own labels.

Bottle from Aldi. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Actually pretty tasty. Good bitterness English style hops some maltyness. Actually pretty good. Yep tasty. I'd happily drink this. Peppery hop finish

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Aldi Dalston Junction. Pours totally clear gold with a small, creamy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with sturdy bitter grass and pine, tangerine accents, bready pale malts. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty well balanced finish, more pale bread, piney bitterness. Not too bad.
