This beer is a hybrid between a lager and an ale. Fermented with a classic steam beer yeast and dry hopped with X033, the new experimental hop from Indie Hops. A super clean floral and fruity character to pair perfectly with a clean malt base and cool fermentation.

Can shared at Ganz, courtes of Zozo. Pours hazy goldenish yellow with a white head. Nose is light biscuits, floral and fruity hops, faint citrus zest. Taste is moderately sweet with low to mid bitterness, showing bread, floral and somewhat herbal hops. Closes with a moderately bitter finish, has a light and crisp body and soft carbonation. Nice example of the style.

Can from HoTM. It pours hazy bright golden with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is grassy, grainy, herbal, floral, sappy, touch of stone fruit, apricot marmalade and white bread. The taste is crisp, dry, fragrant, floral, grassy, herbal, floury bread, cracker, sweet stone fruit, apricot, floury bread, pine and some spice with a drying finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. An interesting one for sure and nice to see Deya mix it up a bit. Decent.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced from HOTM. Pours lightly hazed gold with a frothy, pure white head. Wasn't a big fan at the first sip but this one grew on me. Lightly sweet, notes of lemon rind, sun-kissed pale grains, light pine needles, biscuits. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Fairly clean in the finish, further dry pale grains, a little cereal and biscuit, more lemon peel, a hint of grapefruit pith, grass. Overall, quite nice and drinkable. Something different.

Flavour is composed of light rustic bready grains, cracker, grassy hop, squeeze of lime, some weed. Palate is super crisp, light, highish fine carbonation. Interesting.
