Can at home, from an online peddler, 01/04/21. Hazed orange with a good sized off white head formed of bubbles. Nose is orange pith, melon, grass, pine needle, grass, hop spice. Taste comprises orange pith, stoned fruits, ripe melon, pine dusting, sweet malts, mango flesh, hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly aggressive hop bitterness. Solid balanced DIPA with a good spiked of booze offered.

Can at home picked up from CW online. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a alsting frothy loose white head. aroma is nice mellow dank, sharp citrus, woody citrus, little alcohol. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, mellow dank, waxy citrus, little bubble gum, creamy wheat, melon balls, white grape. Palate is soft creamy, frothy carbonation. Decent but no wow.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, emerging reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Not getting even a whiff of Nelson grape here. Some typically crisp bitterness from the Chinook. Citric peel bitterness, quite floral. Light finish. Yeah, not doing much for me, but there is nothing wrong with this. Just not ticking my boxes.

Can. CW online. Murked up, pale orange gold. Slim white froth is lasting and lacing. Looks well. Nose has jellied fruit. Candied peel. Squeezed ripe orange. Some fleshy pineapple. Taste is super sweet, with a modicum of citrus bitterness. Smoothie like mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Some bitterness on the finish. Looks good and smells great, but overall it’s way too sweet. Gets to be hard work.

440ml can, drank side by side with the Cloudwater version. Murky golden, white head. Aroma of sweet candied fruits (wine gums?), vinous, pineapple. Taste is sweet and fruity, wine gums, gooseberry, pineapple, peach, citrus fruits, resinous finish. Medium bodied, soft, smooth. Definitely preferred Cloudwater's, theirs wasn't as sweet as this and just felt more balanced. Wasn't so keen on the candied vinous fruit dominance in this one. Got better as it warmed though.
