Sample bouteille 75cl @ Dunham total take-over @ La Fruitière. Bottled 2023.03.24, lot# 23X16.

750 ml bottle shared by travlr. TY much! Aroma of sour grain, old cider, sulfur. Flavor is old apple, pears, funk. Nice lasting tart finish.

750mL bottled 3/24/23, drunk 7/3/23. Thanks, Gene! Bright, coppery/brassy gold. No head. Oh baby...that is funky. Sulfur, poopy barnyard for days, light peach acid and fruitiness on the end. Rustic grains, softening wheat, low barrel character. Juicy peach, soft wheat chewiness, surprisingly balanced acidity with just enough maltiness. Lovely peach, malt, Brett. Excellent, tight carbonation. Lingering leathery peach. Clean, no alcohol. Impressive stuff.

Bottle shared by travlr, thanks for the share. Faintly hazy light straw with a thin white head that quickly recedes. Huge earthy funk with lemony tart with a hint of sour cherries. Really nice beer

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light peaches and Brett, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of tart peaches, light buttery notes, grapeskin, nice and smooth. On tap at Brouhaha Rosemont.
